irisheyesbtq @lyzibeth Hi! This is a tough one to measure because of the way it's made but the approx pit to pit is 19" and the waist is elastic and would fit from a 24 to about a 31" waist. The vneck style allows for extra room in the bust if needed. It will definitely fit a true to size medium. If you need anything else please let me know. Melissa
