Two layers of red, white, blue patriotic flag 100% cotton fabric. Regular size is 5 inches tall at the center and 9 inches wide across the bottom. XL is 6 inches tall and 10 inches long. Youth is 4 1/2 inches tall and 8 1/2 wide. They have flat elastic that has an adjustable knot for comfort and fit. Has metal piece at nose to improve fit. Machine washable and dryable.
