Off the shoulder dress

Practically new off the shoulder floral dress. It has pockets!! Really comfortable and can be worn for all kinds of events, especially in spring and summer. Dark blue with pink flower design. Can be dressed up or down. Fits me at knee level and I'm 5'1".
