The most classic Betsey piece ever! I can’t believe I’m parting with it. It’s the softest fullest crinoline ever!! Bought at Betsey Boutique in Boston. This is the real deal! Hard to photograph all the layers of sheer black ruffles, Pics in pink dress are with the petticoat under so you can see how full it is. Only time I wore it. Has an internal button in the waist.
