Beautiful Navy and Gold Dress

Measurements: Bust: 16" Waist: 14.5" Length: 36" Beautiful navy and gold capped dress. The gold is weaved into the fabric (please see pictures). Dress is lined. On me it's just above/knee length (I'm 5'5"). Great for a special event or date night. Tag says "remove belt" but there was no belt when I purchases the dress. So there is no belt. Dress is gently used. No tears, stains, or pulls. The fabric of this dress does not have stretch to it. Please let me know if you have any questions. ☺
