Hi what is the measurement across the chest? Will this for a size 4 or is it a snug fitting size 2?

@christiiinaaa hi! 18” measured flat so 36” at widest part of chest. No stretch though and I would say doesn’t accommodate If bust is bigger but ok if smaller!
