This is a natural 6mmx8mm sapphire set on solid sterling silver with simulated diamonds around it. The carat weight is a bit over 1.5ct and I really like this setting because it is elevated, so it will stack flat against a band. Ring is stamped 925 inside, see pictures for details. Comes with certification.
