peachkid111 @kaconley i think the M size for this dress would work best for you! For M size its 19in pit to pit, shoulders 18in, hip/widest area is 22in laid flat end to end. For S size its 18in pit to pit, hip 21in laid flat. For L size its 20in pit to pit, hip is 23in laid flat. It extends from the pit so there isnt a tight waist area. Hope that helps!
