Definite attention getter. NWOT but missing spare bead packet for minor sequin fill ins or repairs. No major bead balding areas and in Ready to Wear condition. Common minor flaws or imperfections in sequin garments  exist (ie. loose or missing a sequin) primarily rear halter neck area. See pics for areas of concern.

Here are the Appx Measurements: Armpit to Armpit: 16" (32" ) Waist: 13.5" (27") Shoulder to Hem Length: 35" Although the dress is not stretchy material, it does have has some give, plus it is a halter back style , and it is a bit vintage therefore naturally runs small. It may fit your daughter just fine but of course no guarantee.

aefleenor01hi! I'm unable to read the measurements you have using the tape measure. my daughter is a 34B and has a 26/27 inch waist. usually wears a 4 but I'd like to see if this would possibly fit. thanks!
