Decree hibiscus floral cut out crop top NWT Jrs +

Gorgeous floral crop top, tags intact. The front has a cut out on the chest. The pattern has big, beautiful hibiscus flowers in shades of pink and peach, with green leaves scattered on the front and back. The pattern has a watercolor look to it, SO PRETTY. The top does have some stretch to it and is thicker (not see through).
