What's the width of the top of the boot lying flat please?

@megs7641 hi! So I added a picture of the measurements. The very top trim is a bit smaller than the lower part of the calf. So top measurement laying flat is about 7”
And you can see that just a bit lower all around circumstance is just over 15”
