jogriffin01@sammiecalderon Hi, I somehow managed to miss your first question. I am so sorry. The pump/ flanges just slides in the front slots. I circled and drew an arrow on the last photo, in case that doesn't make sense. it's not a Seam in the picture, there is an opening there where you can slide in the pump. It should fit any breast pump.

jogriffin01@soccer_rat according to the size chart a 32 would wear a size Small and 34 size Med. but the back comes completely apart so you can adjust up or down as needed.
