This is a really cool vibrant mini skater type dress from Love By Chesley. It features a black zebra stripe print on a bright blue. Fun 80s vibes! It is in great pre-owned condition. There may be a small thread or 2 near the hem. The tag says M but it fits more like a Small. Approximate flat-lay measurements are: shoulder-hem 32 1/2", armpit-armpit 15 1/2", waist 13 1/2", sleeve 15 1/2". Skirt flares to about 33". It's 78% Polyester, 18% Rayon, 4% Spandex, stretchy.
