graceclothingco@donellenorris hi, sorry it has taken me so long to get these measurements!! hopefully i can get them today. this dress is not over short. i am 5'8" and i was able to wear this to church without pants or leggings underneath. as best i remember, it was knee length on me or just shy of that. i don't wear super short things, so this definitely isn't :).
