New, never worn, but no store tags. This dress is not bright white, it’s more of an off-white or eggshell. Tank straps, with a lace-up front. 16 inches across, armpit to armpit. 30 inches in length from the V of the neckline to the bottom. The bust area can be slightly adjusted because the lace-up area can be loosened or tightened.
