This is a brand new with the tags still attached Sarah Louise spring and summer smocked dress. It would be perfect for Easter with a white cardigan. It buttons from the waist up in the back and ties with a bow. The collar is white with pink leaves and white flowers. All of my items are brand new with the tags from a smoke free environment. goldenoaktime @libbywtaylor hi, I would be happy to measure the dress for you. If you have one that fits her now to compare to. I would say the 2 because of the longevity of it bring able to wear all summer, but we can measure to be safe if you’d like.

goldenoaktime @libbywtaylor from the top of the shoulder just under the collar to the hem it is 21 inches long. Underarm to underarm it is 11 1/2 inches. This is the size 2.
