3/$30 NWOT Floral peplum flowy festival tank top

Racerback flowy peplum tanktop with a deep brown/almost black base with a small floral print of multiple colors/kinds of flowers, scattered rhinestone accents, and 2 layers of peplum style ruffles which start at the true waist of the shirt to add motion to the garment. Looks great with a pair of skinny jeans. Perfect condition, only wore once for a holiday.
