It is wine colored, off the shoulder, beautiful corset with a lacey flowery design, bottom layer is made of chiffon and very flowy and comfortable!!! I am size 16-18 in dresses and this one fit me perfect, even tho it says size 22 it fits as if a 16-18 :)
