meisch1234 hi Connie im Michelle im not interested in clothes i just wanted to ask u how u started the beginning of yoga. Ive had several injuries to my spine from lifting patients n 27 ortho surgeries i use to power walk 5 miles a day.Then i got week in left leg from surgery n then had a spinal fusion a L 4-5 & so on & on. maybe you could make a video for beginners for me with limited ability n i would pay u for it. Thank u!

lotsoflovexoxo @meisch1234 awwww your so sweet since all this stuff going on the owner of the yoga studio put up a video to practice at home..it’s online under studio...www.yogaflow.com I taught for years started back in 07...u have to take it easy with the spine but offers lots of relief...the heated room of 105 degrees actually is detoxing...u want to start off very easy...definitely go to the website it’s free ..hope this helps😘😘😘😘

I am very careful i also have a thermal heating plastic rap that helps burn off fat that i just bought but it came thru Amazon orginally from China and im afraid to open it. I saw this site that does yoga with pilates. But i need to start with yoga 1st. So thank you. What state are you in? this is my last 3 months in Wi/Mn boarder n then its desert time for me. I got stuck with my house in 08 when housing markets plummeted n now there back up so im praying.
