Stunning short black dress by Sherri Hill. Has a cute full mini skirt with a black chiffon layer over a black lace that shows through. The top is covered with a beautiful rose design made of sequins. A few beads may be loose on belt but not noticeable. Has never been worn so overall it’s in almost perfect condition.
