erein03483 @atann17 Hi thank you for contacting me about your concern This is exactly the same brush we use on our demonstration across the USA convention centers and events The heating element is located inside of the garage therefore you shouldn’t get as hot on the outside There is a little stripped along the side that do get hot But this is exactly the same to initial work amazing on your hair

erein03483 Hi understand fully Your concern about the product I’m not sure the seller representative which you have been demonstrate with somewhere in the country may have missed lead you and let you know that that tool does not get hot but it does otherwise it will not straight or curled your hair
