classicways@suzihann hi, thanks for your questions. They are all leather, they are not suede, there is just more texture on the leather. They can be worn folded down where they would be below knee, or worn up for over the knee. I had begged for them for my birthday, as I loved that the zipper is in back and goes all the way down to the heel for easy on/off. I have only worn them a few times and always have been very careful with them.
