carriec1963Hi, I have a couple of questions. I want to order this in blue, won't be ordering until around the 28th, you still can get the blue? And the bodice of the dress, is it Shirred(smocked...elastic)?

littlegypsie@carriec1963 Hi, you will need to get back with me around the 28th for availability. I just checked with the manufacturer, and as of this morning the blue is available. Yes, it's smocked (elastic), please see the description where I noted the smocking fits firmly around the bust.
