more_and_more @bunky83 It’s so painful...even when I breathe. Ok. The smallest width of the T-shirt (laying flat) measures 20.5”. I hope that helps.

more_and_more @bunky83 No. I’m just taking anti-inflammatory meds and I have a heating pad on my back. If it gets worse, I will go to the ER or maybe the Urgent Care. Our urgent care has x-ray machines and other equipment that other urgent cares don’t have.

more_and_more @bunky83 No worries about the T-shirt. My belly is too big for the cute fitted tops too, and this T-shirt is not unisex (which I normally wear). It has a shape to it. I blame my big belly on menopause 😭

bunky83 @more_and_more I can relate to the menopause too! I started my back problems when I was 17 so when I said I suffer with back problems for 38 years, I'm 55 years old!! 😂 I'm actually sitting on a heading pad right now for my back pain, (not as bad as yours today though). I had lumbar fusion in 2014 but am having issues above and below the fusion now.

bunky83 @more_and_more So I completely understand where you're coming from. I do have painkillers which help me. I see a chronic pain specialist. I hope you get through your issue quickly!

bunky83 @more_and_more It's good your urgent care has X-ray machines. A lot less expensive than an ER. I'm lucky to have nice urgent care centers where I live too.

more_and_more @bunky83 Thank you! I’ve never had back pains. It’s usually my knees. I’m 57. I recently had knee surgeries: one knee in Dec and the other in Jan. It’s so hard getting old! 😭😭😭

bunky83 @more_and_more We are on the same course somewhat! I had a partial knee replacement in August. Best thing I have done! I can walk so much better now. if I could just get my back fixed once and for all! It does stink getting old! I hope today has been a better day for you!

more_and_more @bunky83 I’m better today, but I’m still taking pain reliever and anti-inflammatory meds...and keeping the heating pad on my back. However, I don’t know how I’ll do at physical therapy tomorrow. I go to PT for my knees. Most of the exercises I do are on my back or on my sides.

bunky83 @more_and_more I hope the PT works well for you. Maybe you can tell them that you don't want to worsen your back and you need to have the therapist focus on exercises that can help the pain for the knee but protect the back from any undue stretching and straining. They have an agenda typically but you are paying for the session, so you are the customer and the customer is always right. Hahaha!! 😉
