Beautiful Blue medium weight jacket with matching belt. It is fully lined. I just had it dry cleaned. I do not know the brand or the material. It is missing a zip on hood so I am betting that is where that tag info was. Darn! Tag says machine washable. It is nicely cleaned except for some darker spots on the inside of the neck that the cleaner did not get out. There is a small tear in the lining of the right armpit. Otherwise the coat is very nice. Please see comments for size info.

Ran out of room again!
Material feels like a medium weight cotton. Belt is completely adjustable. It wraps around the back and secures in some large belt loops (unless you like it hanging loose). There are also 2 side pockets and 2 extra buttons on the inside.
MEASUREMENTS while buttoned:
-Across chest underarm to underarm 23""
-sleeve length from underarm to end of cuff 17"
-Length from top of shoulder near neck to bottom 35"
