laliemom Try researching internet how to eat and supplement to get better. First try eliminating sugar, dairy and gluten, maybe all grains. You'll know in 3 weeks if any of it helps. (I do this for my auto immune disease) I also take desiccated freeze dried bovine thyroid from ancestral supplements .com Read their blogs. Or other brands, read Amazon reviews. Search for info for your diseases along with a good holistic dr help. Not all Dr's help, some meds just more side effects. I'm better. Good luck.

williamnicoleh @sarah_mikey2004 yes it is terrible. I was in a horrible 3.5 year relationship in high-school. I never have thought of that. At 19, I noticed the excruciating pain under my right shoulder blade. I had just started a full-time job with consisted of mostly data entry. After being on bedrest for 2.5 months, during pregnancy, I became really ill with pain. I'm 49 now, so it has been a long road. Hope that you have a blessed and Merry Christmas. williamnicoleh @sarah_mikey2004 So sorry for you too. You're so sweet❣Last Christmas I started getting muscle cramps in different parts of my body. That's a new ailment. I get struck with them all of a sudden. Last Christmas I was getting down in the floor to play with my grandbabies when both legs were stricken with cramps in both legs. I couldn't get up and the pain was excruciating. My husband had to get me out of the floor. It was so embarrassing...

williamnicoleh @sarah_mikey2004 I'm so sorry 😞. My 93 year old grandmother is in no physical pain. What a blessing❣She still hangs out her clothes and goes everywhere my mom goes. I was diagnosed at 26, but had been complaining about the pain at age 22. I'll be 50 in February. I will be praying for you. 💞 Jesus is our healer! Everyday that I get out of bed, it's all because of Him...🙏💞🥰
