sugarshack633 are these high rise? How is the fit since they are relaxed?I am a 27 in cancan but the ones I added to bundle are 9 because it said not much stretch

1snazzypeach @zombiequeen64 definitely a 13/14. They have an elastic waistband and relaxed fit. I compared them to a 13/14 jeans waist and they measured up.
