hi are these true to size? i wear a size 8 and I'm not sure to go with the large or small....

I wear a 5-6 but have gained some pounds during this covid. I can definitely still get them up. medium would work also with these extra pounds.. so if you have thin legs these probably would fit up to a 7. Hope this helps. Seller A+ item as described. Super fast deliver 😉
