Calvin Klein Women's Tan Blazer Size 8

Super cute, but needs some TLC! Jacket looks amazing, but missing both buttons! Should be an easy fix, but I just noticed that there are 2 tears in the lining! Both tears are in the left armpit, both at the seams. Please see picture! I can't sew worth a crap, so hopefully someone with skills can grab this and fix it up! Tears do not affect looks of jacket at all. Any offers will be considered.
