@shay_erin hello... I’d say it fits a tad bigger, though just enough for thicker socks. I measured the insole using a string and it’s around 22.5cm. I’m also a size 6/23cm for runners, I can put my feet in it but it’s tight/my toes are already at the other end of the shoe, without socks. So a 5/5.5 will be okay for this.
