@bobcat8891 hi, I would have to offer you free shipping, but I priced the bag low and I would make $0 dollars if I give free shipping. I offer free shipping when people bundle up a bunch of items. Poshmark takes a fee from sellers as well so it’s hard to give Free shipping on low mark items. Bag is brand new

@kansascorley hi the bag is brand new still in plastic. Boutique area is always new stuff bought from wholesale distributors sometimes with tags or just in plastic depending how it was distributed. Anything in the Closet area is used or new with tags. Thanks for inquiring. Happy Poshing!
