@kussdanielle Hi there! The manufacturers sizing chart states that a Medium fits bra sizes 32D, 34C, 36A, 36B. I also measured straight across the stretchy smocked back for you, and it's 13" across, unstretched. Hope this helps! ~ Jaime :)
