Sam Edelman Seraphina Leather Tall Boots Sz 7.5?

Seraphina black knee high tall buttery soft leather partial side zip heeled boots by Sam Edelman. Gentle used condition. **It looks as though part of the heel / sole has detached from the leather sheathing of the heel. The leather that surrounds the heel shaft seems 'loose.' I tried them on and had no problem walking in them. Please see photos and ask any questions prior to purchase. Size 7.5** **I can't find a size listed on these boots, but I'm a 7.5 and they fit perfectly.
