fesselea @jakrantz yes, the underlying slip and the the exterior both have some stretch to them. In my opinion, the stretch makes it comfortable.

fesselea @brandi_marie_c from shoulder to the bottom of the dress is approx. 32"; from armpit to armpit is approx. 16"; the waist where the sash is looks to measure approx. 16" there is some stretch to this; let me know if you have any questions. I can get it to the post office on 1/2

fesselea @anaimq4 this is still available. The dress is straight and does NOT flare out at the bottom. The dress is straight and has a built in slip underneath. If you'd like other pictures, I can take those this evening
