fashion_deity @natygrl this particular wig is big head friendly .. it has a 22.5 cap however . The back comes with an adjustable strap so this one should fit you without being too tight in my opinion .. actually most are my wigs are this way ... to be sure comment on what your like and I’ll confirm before you purchase
