Beautiful Floral Embroidered BoHo Babydoll Dress. It is made out of a 100% Tencel Fabric. The whole bodice has lush embroidery work. 3/4 angel bell sleeves, keyhole closure in back, and a full gathered skirt.

@karliebelle75 Hello, thank you for the interest in this item! I will give you two measurements, where the bodice meets the gathered skirt and 2" below. (2" below is where the waist is) Measurements are taken lying flat so double for circumference. it is very full where the gathering is so yes that is the circumference around the dress where it gathers around the waist. D
