Black velvet look jacket that drops past the waist. It is great for fall or spring. I moved the buttons over because it was a little tight. Barely worn I just do not wear it anymore.It has two small pockets on each side on the top of the jacket that do work and two on the bottom. Great with Jeans or dressy slacks. The chest is 35 inches, the arms are 23 1/25 inches, the length is 25 3/4ths inches.
