411angelaI’m no expert but, from the armpit seam to the end of the sleeve on the Small is 18.5” and the Medium is a little over 19”. I hope that helps!

411angela@jimanuel2010 Good morning! If you usually wear a medium, I think a medium will be fine. I can’t fit into Medium tops, unless they are oversized. I normally wear large.
