Hello this is probably a silly question but is this European or American sizes?

@plantmama96 it’s not a silly question. It was made in the Ukraine and is vintage American size which is about a size smaller than now but it’s oversized so it’s still American sized. I’m a medium to large and it fits me oversized. It’s would also fit a small oversized or an xl not as oversized. I hope this helps
