@lbauco87 it really depends on a child... Mine is tall for her age but has tiny feet. She wore it around 12-20 months. If you know what US sz 4-4.5 fits like, then it would probably be your best comparison. Or you can just look up the Moschino chart online and measure your little ones foot. I hope it helps:)
