Are the flowers 3 dimensional? What is the fabric? Looks like it has glitter to it. What are measurements... shoulders, bust, waist, hips, length? Thx

@molly1023 yes, the flowers are 3D appliqué, in a variety of fabrics/ textures and makes it “pop” a bit off the dress. It is a size 8, shoulder approx 16”, bust approx 34-36” (worn by a 36B), length 59” (to the floor). From the waist down is 5 layers- an attached petticoat, lining, 2 layers or tulle, and a top layer or shimmer tulle
