NWOT Tobi Teal Callback Mini Dress XS

NWOT Teal dress from Tobi - XS Short sleeved, higher front with draped, wrap V back. Fits more like an XXS since the material has little stretch. Runs small! Ordered an XS, but it was too small for me. Removed tags, but never worn.
