Beautifully Craved ebony Blackamoor vintage charm finished with 18k Italian yellow gold is a nicely carved Woman head. Measures 1โ x 1/2โ without jump ring. Total weight of the charm is about 6 grams. Item is missing earring on one side. Charm is stamped Corletto, Italy and 18k. Wear of item is commensurate with age and use. Any questions, contact me.

Blackamoor is a type of figure in European decorative art from the Early Modern period, depicting a black man or woman. Common examples of items and objects decorated in the blackamoor style include sculpture, jewellery, and furniture. Typically the sculpted figures. I believe my relative purchase these back in 60s or 70s. ๐๐
