ophelias_posh
ophelias_posh@maddieoconnor_ Hey !! Can you please respond to my comments about your order? If there was an issue I’d like the opportunity to correct it. I had your item packaged and shipped in less than 24 hours and it was packaged it well. I’m just curious what the “Other” and 3 stars review was for. Thanks!
Nov 25Reply
inna_h
inna_h@ophelias_posh Awesome! Any chance you could tell me the measurement across the chest? I can't find it anywhere and the reviews are mixed about sizing.
Nov 25Reply
ophelias_posh
ophelias_posh@inna_h yes I can this evening !
Nov 25Reply
maddieoconnor_
maddieoconnor_The item was fine when it arrived just too big and i was hoping to negotiate more and talk about it but you were not willing to
Nov 25Reply
ophelias_posh
ophelias_posh@maddieoconnor_ I never got a comment from you about it?.....
Nov 25Reply
ophelias_posh
ophelias_posh@maddieoconnor_ I just looked and the only comments I received were questions about shipping discounts and price haggling. Can you @ me where you say you commented about your size issues after the purchase please? It’s weird I didn’t see them.
Nov 25Reply
maddieoconnor_
maddieoconnor_im not sure what you mean im just saying that it fit big right now
Nov 26Reply
ophelias_posh
ophelias_posh@maddieoconnor_ I’m asking why you left my a poor rating? I shipped it quickly, packaged it well, and it arrived fine.
Nov 26Reply
ophelias_posh
ophelias_posh@maddieoconnor_ Since everything was fine with your order would you mind changing your rating of it? 3 makes it seem like something was wrong with it and it’s public, other people can see it.
Nov 26Reply
inna_h
inna_h@ophelias_posh Sounds good, would you mind letting me know the measurement of the medium as well, just in case?
Nov 26Reply
ophelias_posh

Nov 26Reply
ophelias_posh
ophelias_posh@cocoscott okay sure you will have to mail me back the small and I can send you back an extra small.
Nov 26Reply
ophelias_posh
ophelias_posh@cocoscott you can include a return shipping label for me to send back the smaller size. Or if we wanna go the cheap route I can just open the package and swap the sweaters and write “refused” on your package and it will get sent back to you, free of charge.
