what is the actual waist measurement straight across the top of the back waistband only please and the hip measurement please

@3goodturns straight across the back waist is 18”. Hip measurements is a little harder, I cannot put these on to get a true hip measurements or find out exactly where that would be. I can guess and measure it flat if that works for you. I apologize I cannot get a better measure.
