jocelynnp14@heroshima that’s what it says on the website but when I tried it on I personally think it could be used either way it’s comfortable to be used during yoga or something lower impact BUT it holds me in because the straps are wide especially when I got it in the correct size for myself I could run in it fine :)

jocelynnp14@stephaniehhr Circumference at the bottom is 21 1/2 inches Circumference in the middle is 23 inches Vertical length is 10 inches Each cup horizontally 6 1/2 inches And for reference the small is just an inch more in everything and it fits me perfect :)
