Striped Black and White Sleeveless Top

I can’t find a size label on this top, but I would say it fits like a large. I have included photos with measurements. Black and white striped top with fabric bow and pleat down the front. This top is very cute and flattering. No rips or stains. The fabric is very soft, so there is a bit of pilling (see close up photo). Home is smoke free.
