@handpurse84 Hi ππ» I would say it runs true to size with a little wiggle room bc you can adjust the tie in the front to make it a tighter or lose fit. Armpit to armpit in the medium is about 18.5β and the large is about 21β. I would size based on that since you have the ability to adjust the front!
