conway1972 Hello! I see the smallest size is a Medium. I wear a small in the jumpsuits from Express which seem similar to this and their waist is 13", although I realize they may fall differently. I'm 5'5" and 165 lbs... any suggestions so I can maybe respond to offer? Thanks in advance for any info! Amanda
