canadawide_liqu @darian12121 necklace does not have tags attached anymore- tags are within the box but not attached to necklace. Necklace looks to be in very good condition to me. I am not seeing anything of defects.

canadawide_liqu @rosannemccloske The crystals on either side of the heart are clear/white. This necklace is rhodium plated for the metal. As for the length, I can not say for sure as the chain is in a sealed bag but based on what I have found online it is most likely 38cm in length. Hope this helps.
